My path of healing has been centered on meditation, yoga, a mostly vegan diet, and connecting to my ancestral root traditions. All of these practices are about ritual. The way we live and what we consume, whether it’s a meal or our own thoughts, is ultimately who we become. In each moment we have a choice to engage with the sacred, to make life more sacred, by making each moment a ritual. These practices are not separate from life, they are practice to engage with life in a new way.
I offer rituals, healing practices, and workshops as a way to transform our lives, find balance and power, and take control of one’s body and health.
